When I was about 9 or 10 years old June started attending our church. One of the first things that caught my attention as a 9 or 10 year old was that she came up and hugged me. It didn't matter if we were at church or if I went to see her at home she hugged me. I always got a hug when I came in and a hug when I left. June taught me the importance of hugging your friends. It was a lesson I'll never forget. To this day I try to hug my friends every time I see them no matter where we are.
